Landowner deposits
Register of Landowner Deposits under Highways Act 1980 and Commons Act 2006
Under the above Acts, landowners are entitled to deposit documentation with the County Council to prevent public rights being recorded on their land. This register contains entries for all landowner deposits received since 1 October 2013.
