Portsmouth City Council (Villiers Road) (Temporary Prohibition of Driving, Loading and Waiting) (No.241) Order 2023
Notice is hereby given that Portsmouth City Council intends to make the above Order under Section 14(1)(a) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by the Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991.
The Order comes into operation from 21st August 2023 and the effect will be as follows:-
A) TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF DRIVING, LOADING AND WAITING
VILLIERS ROAD
From its junction with Maple Road for 30 metres.
B) REASON FOR THE ORDER
To facilitate Openreach works.
C) DURATION OF THE ORDER
From 09:30 to 15:30 on 21st August 2023 or completion of the works, whichever is sooner.
D) DIVERSION
Vehicles will be diverted from Villiers Road – Lennox Road South – Clarendon Road – The Vale.
Pedestrian access will be maintained around the works.
