Portsmouth City Council (Teignmouth Road) (Temporary Prohibition of Loading and Waiting) (No.252) Order 2023
Notice is hereby given that Portsmouth City Council intends to make the above Order under Section 14(1)(a) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by the Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991.
The Order comes into operation from 4th September 2023 and the effect will be as follows:-
A) TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF LOADING AND WAITING
TEIGNMOUTH ROAD
Side of No. 32 Paignton Road
No. 4 to No. 15 Teignmouth Road.
(Access will be maintained to allotments)
PAIGNTON ROAD
Outside No. 32 & No. 30.
Duration: 02/10/2023 – 20/10/2023.
B) REASON FOR THE ORDER
To facilitate storage for SGN works storage area.
C) DURATION OF THE ORDER
From 4th September 2023 to 20th October 2023 or completion of the works, whichever is sooner.
D) DIVERSION
Pedestrian access will be maintained around the works. Access to be maintained to allotments.
