Portsmouth City Council (Sudbury Road) (Temporary Prohibition of Loading and Waiting) (No.185) Order 2023
Notice is hereby given that Portsmouth City Council intends to make the above Order under Section 14(1)(a) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by the Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991.
The Order comes into operation from 21st June 2023 and the effect will be as follows:-
A) TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF LOADING AND WAITING
SUDBURY ROAD
From its junction with Wymering Lane to outside No. 10 on both sides.
Duration: 21/06/2023 to 23/06/2023
From its junction with Tunstall Road to outside No. 6 on both sides.
Duration: 26/06/2023 to 28/06/2023
HADLEIGH ROAD
From its junction with Sudbury Road to its junction with Clacton Road on both sides.
Duration: 26/06/2023 to 28/06/2023
B) REASON FOR THE ORDER
To facilitate CityFibre works.
C) DURATION OF THE ORDER
From 21st June 2023 to 28th June 2023 or completion of the works, whichever is sooner.
D) DIVERSION
Pedestrian access will be maintained around the works.
