Portsmouth City Council (Park Lane) (Temporary Road Closure) (Temporary Prohibition of Loading and Waiting) (No.255) Order 2023
Notice is hereby given that Portsmouth City Council intends to make the above Order under Section 14(1)(a) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by the Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991.
The Order comes into operation from 5th September 2023 and the effect will be as follows:-
A) TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE AND PROHIBITON OF LOADING AND WAITING
PARK LANE
From its junction with Lindisfarne Close to its junction with Havant Road.
B) REASON FOR THE ORDER
To facilitate Openreach works outside No. 45.
C) DURATION OF THE ORDER
From 09:30 to 18:00 on 5th September 2023 or completion of the works, whichever is sooner.
D) DIVERSION
Vehicles will be diverted from Mulberry Lane – Havant Road.
Pedestrian access will be maintained around the works. Cycles to follow vehicle diversion or dismount and follow pedestrian diversion.
