Portsmouth City Council (Oakapple Gardens and Acorn Close) (Temporary Prohibition of Loading and Waiting) (No.179) Order 2023
Notice is hereby given that Portsmouth City Council intends to make the above Order under Section 14(1)(a) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by the Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991.
The Order comes into operation from 13th June 2023 and the effect will be as follows:-
A) TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF LOADING AND WAITING
OAKAPPLE GARDENS
From its junction with Old Rectory Road for 25m on both sides.
Duration: 13/06/2023 to 15/06/2023
ACORN CLOSE
From its junction with Old Rectory Road for 25m on both sides.
Duration: 16/06/2023 to 20/06/2023
B) REASON FOR THE ORDER
To facilitate CityFibre works.
C) DURATION OF THE ORDER
From 13th June 2023 to 20th June 2023 or completion of the works, whichever is sooner.
D) DIVERSION
Pedestrian access will be maintained around the works.
