Portsmouth City Council (Landport Street) (Temporary Road Closure) (Temporary Prohibition of Waiting and Loading) (No.281) Order 2023
Notice is hereby given that Portsmouth City Council intends to make the above Order under Section 14(1)(a) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by the Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991.
The Order comes into operation from 16th October 2023 and the effect will be as follows:-
A) TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE AND PROHIBITION OF WAITING AND LOADING
LANDPORT STREET
From its junction with Landport Terrace to its junction with Lansdowne Street.
B) REASON FOR THE ORDER
To facilitate Southern Water works.
C) DURATION OF THE ORDER
From 16th October 2023 to 17th October 2023 or completion of the works, whichever is sooner.
D) DIVERSION
Vehicles will be diverted from St Pauls Road, Kings Road, Kings Road Roundabout, Kings Terrace, Landport Terrace.
Pedestrian and cycle access will be diverted around the works.
