Portsmouth City Council (Ebery Grove) (Temporary Prohibition of Driving, Loading and Waiting) (No.176) Order 2023
Notice is hereby given that Portsmouth City Council intends to make the above Order under Section 14(1)(a) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by the Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991.
The Order comes into operation from 13th June 2023 and the effect will be as follows:-
A) TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF DRIVING, LOADING AND WAITING
EBERY GROVE
From its junction with Hayling Avenue to outside No. 92 on both sides.
B) REASON FOR THE ORDER
To facilitate CityFibre works.
C) DURATION OF THE ORDER
From 13th June 2023 to 15th June 2023 or completion of the works, whichever is sooner.
D) DIVERSION
Vehicles will be diverted from Hayling Avenue – Eastern Road Access Road – Stride Avenue – Ebery Grove and vice versa.
Pedestrian access will be maintained around the works.
