Portsmouth City Council (Dorking Crescent) (Temporary Road Closure) (Temporary Prohibition of Loading and Waiting) (No.249) Order 2023
Notice is hereby given that Portsmouth City Council intends to make the above Order under Section 14(1)(a) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by the Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991.
The Order comes into operation from 30th August 2023 and the effect will be as follows:-
A) TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE AND PROHIBITON OF LOADING AND WAITING
DORKING CRESCENT
From its junction with Magdala Road for 30 metres to outside Kestrel Court.
B) REASON FOR THE ORDER
To facilitate Openreach works.
C) DURATION OF THE ORDER
From 09:30 to 15:30 on 30th August 2023 or completion of the works, whichever is sooner.
D) DIVERSION
Vehicles will be diverted from Magdala Road – Dorking Crescent.
Pedestrian and cycle access will be maintained around the works.
