Portsmouth City Council (Ascot Road) (Temporary Prohibition of Loading and Waiting) (No.224) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that Portsmouth City Council intends to make the above Order under Section 14(1)(a) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by the Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991.
The Order comes into operation from 20th December 2022 and the effect will be as follows:-
A) TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF LOADING AND WAITING
ASCOT ROAD
From its junction with Stride Avenue to outside No. 36 on both sides.
B) REASON FOR THE ORDER
To facilitate City Fibre works.
C) DURATION OF THE ORDER
From 20th December 2022 to 23rd December 2022 or completion of the works, whichever is sooner.
D) DIVERSION
Pedestrian access will be maintained.
