Portsmouth City Council (Moorings Way) (Temporary Prohibition of Loading and Waiting) (No.145) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that Portsmouth City Council intends to make the above Order under Section 14(1)(a) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by the Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991.
The Order comes into operation from 6th December 2021 and the effect will be as follows:-
A) TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF LOADING AND WAITING
MOORINGS WAY (WESTBOUND)
From its junction with Mariners Walk to its junction with Godwit Road.
GODWIT ROAD
In its entirety.
SANDERLING ROAD
In its entirety.
REVENGE CLOSE
From its junction with Godwit Road for 20 metres north.
B) REASON FOR THE ORDER
To facilitate City Fibre ducting works.
C) DURATION OF THE ORDER
From 6th December 2021 for 8 weeks or completion of the works, whichever is sooner. Notwithstanding the above, works will take place until 24th December 2021 and recommence on 4th January 2022.
D) DIVERSION
No vehicle diversion.
Pedestrian access will be maintained.
