Zone summary
- Restriction times: Monday to Sunday, 5.30pm to 7.30pm.
- Permit holders: Vehicles displaying a valid MI zone permit are exempt from these restrictions when parked within the MI zone.
- Visitor and non-permit parking: No free parking provision during the restriction times.
- Permit validity: MI permits are not valid in the limited waiting bays in Winter Road or Eastney Road.
- Third resident permit available: No.
Who can apply for a permit?
The following roads or properties are eligible for resident permits:
- Clovelly Road
- Devonshire Avenue (between Winter Road and Eastney Road) - MI permits can be used on both sides between Winter Road and Eastney Road
- Essex Road, Evans Road
- Goldsmith Avenue (south side between Winter Road and Eastney Road)
- Middlesex Road
- Prince Albert Road (between Devonshire Avenue and Goldsmith Avenue)
- Suffolk Road
- Teddington Road
- Wimborne Road
- Woodmancote Road
- Devonshire Avenue (87-263 odd numbers only)
- Eastney Road (129-191 odd numbers only)
- Goldsmith Avenue (1-105 odd numbers only, including White House Terrace)
- Prince Albert Road (121-187 odd numbers and 136-208 even numbers only)
- Winter Road (96-122 even numbers only)
