- Restriction times: Monday to Sunday, 12pm to 1pm and 6pm to 7pm.
- Permit holders: Vehicles displaying a valid MG zone permit are exempt from these restrictions when parked within the MG zone.
- Visitor and non-permit parking: No free parking provision during the restriction times.
- Permit validity: MG permits are not valid in the limited waiting bays in Highland Road.
