Zone summary

Restriction times: Monday to Sunday, 4.30pm to 6.30pm.
Permit holders: Vehicles displaying a valid MD zone permit are exempt from these restrictions when parked within the MD zone.
Visitor and non-permit parking: No free parking provision during the restriction times.
Permit validity: MD permits are not valid in the limited waiting bays in Albert Road or Napier Road.
Permit eligibility: The following addresses in the St John's Square development (former St John's College site) are not eligible for resident parking permits: Beeches, Emerald House, Victory Place (Albany Road), all addresses in Ellis Close, Elm Gardens and Juniper Gardens, and Oaklands, 3 Nelson Road.
Third resident permit available: No.
