Zone summary
- Restriction times: Monday to Sunday, 8am to 8pm.
- Permit holders: Vehicles displaying a valid KE zone permit are exempt from these restrictions when parked within the KE zone.
- Visitor and non-permit parking: Up to 2 hours. No return to zone within 4 hours.
- Permit requirements: Permits are only required when parking on council-controlled highway within the zone. Permits are not required when parking on private land, such as Ministry of Defence land shown in white on the zone map.
- Dropped kerb parking: A permit is required to park across dropped kerbs that are located on council-controlled highway within the zone. Please refer to the zone map for details.
- Third resident permit available: Yes.

- Blount Road
- Chadderton Gardens
- Slingsby Close
- Woodville Drive
