Zone summary

Restriction times: Restrictions apply 24 hours a day.
Permit holders: Vehicles displaying a valid KC zone permit are exempt from these restrictions when parked within the KC zone.
Visitor and non-permit parking: Up to 3 hours. No return to zone within 4 hours. At pay and display meters, a scratch card must be displayed immediately.
Permit validity: KC permits are valid in pay and display areas on Clarence Parade, South Parade, Western Parade, Southsea Terrace and Duisburg Way, and in Southsea Common Car Park. Permits are not valid in limited waiting bays in Palmerston Road, Ashburton Road, Osborne Road, Clarendon Road, Netley Road and Marmion Road.
Additional parking restrictions: KC permits are not valid in pay and display bays in Avenue de Caen, Jack Cockerill Way, Pier Road, Portland Road or Clarence Esplanade, except on the southern side of The Dell. KC permits are not valid in other car parks and cannot be used in any other resident parking zone.
Third resident permit available: No.
