Zone summary
- Restriction times: Restrictions apply 24 hours a day.
- Permit holders: Vehicles displaying a valid GB zone permit are exempt from these restrictions when parked within the GB zone.
- Visitor and non-permit parking: Up to 1 hour. No return to zone within 2 hours.
- Additional parking provision: The limited waiting bays on the east and south sides of Priory Crescent, adjacent to Milton Park, operate with a 4 hour limit and no return to zone within 4 hours. GB permit holders can park in these bays without a time limit.
- Football match day restrictions: Additional parking restrictions in the roads around Fratton Park continue to apply and a GB permit is not valid in those locations. Please check signs and markings when parking.
- Third resident permit available: Yes.

The following roads or properties are eligible for resident permits:
- Alverstone Road
- Apsley Road
- Carisbrooke Road
- Claydon Avenue
- Frogmore Road
- Maylands Avenue
- Priory Crescent
- Ruskin Road
- Specks Lane (between Carisbrooke Road and No. 4)
- Vernon Avenue
- Goldsmith Avenue (2-58 even numbers, including Hazel Court)
- Milton Road (142-178 even numbers only)
- Specks Lane (2-6 even numbers only)
