Zone summary
- Restriction times: Restrictions apply 24 hours a day. In parts of North End Avenue, London Avenue and the northern section of Cardiff Road, restrictions apply between Monday to Sunday, 8am and 5pm where signed.
- Permit holders: Vehicles displaying a valid FD zone permit are exempt from these restrictions when parked within the FD zone.
- Visitor and non-permit parking: Up to 2 hours. No return to zone within 4 hours.
- Third resident permit available: Yes.

- Nelson Avenue
- North End Avenue (100-142 even numbers)
- North End Grove
- Pitcroft Road
- Seagrove Road
- Stamshaw Road (1-81 odd numbers, and 2-94 even numbers)
- Weymouth Road
