Our policy with regard to late representations is:
- any representation made after the end of the period of 28 days beginning with the date on which the relevant Notice to Owner was served may be disregarded
- any representations received after the end of the specified period will not be disregarded if evidence (such as a postmark) can be shown that they were made during the period
In other words, your appeal must be written and sent within the 28-day period otherwise it may be disregarded.
