Applying for a disabled parking bay
You must have a valid Blue Badge to apply.
You can apply for a disabled persons parking bay online. If you cannot apply online, contact the team for assistance:

- write to Economy, Transport and Planning, Floor 2 Core 5, Civic Offices, Portsmouth, PO1 2NE
You must pay £60 before the bay is installed, unless you receive Housing Benefit or Council Tax Support.
It can take 3 to 6 months for a bay to be installed because we must legally create a Traffic Regulation Order first.
