Swimming pools, splash pools and watersports

Not all of these are managed by Portsmouth City Council – contact each venue directly for more information.

Please note: Buckland, Paulsgrove, and Portsea Venture playground pools have different opening times every day due to staff availability.

Buckland Adventure Playground is a large outdoor space for children aged 6 to 13 years old.

Canoe Lake Splash Pad is open during the summer months for children and families.

Free to enter and open to all, the Hilsea Jubilee Splash Pool is designed for younger children and families.

Mountbatten Centre has high-quality fitness facilities and a range of daily classes.

Paulsgrove Splash Pool is part of the Paulsgrove Adventure Playground, open in the summer months.

Portsea Adventure Playground and Splash Pool is free for children aged 6 to 13 years old.

Portsmouth Watersports Centre offers a diverse range of watersports and outdoor activities for all ages and abilities.

The Southsea Splash Pool is for children 8 years old and younger, with two paddling pools and lots of play equipment.

Stamshaw Adventure Playground offers a safe and fun environment for Children aged 6 to 13 years to play in.
