- Tenant satisfaction measures (TSM) survey – The TSM survey is an annual survey for Portsmouth Homes tenants and leaseholders to give feedback on our performance as a landlord. We share this report with government so we’re held accountable. You can view the results of the 2023-24 survey on Your City Your Say website.
