Somers Orchard Community Garden

Opened in 2024 as part of the Somers Orchard housing project, this community garden is a welcoming space where you can learn, grow, and enjoy a relaxing quiet space in the heart of Somerstown.

What we offer

• 32 raised beds that you can rent for free to grow your own fruit and vegetables.
• A polytunnel to help grow vegetables from seed.
• A quiet seating area with picnic benches.
• Two large huts – ideal for quiet reading or studying.
• Volunteering opportunities to help maintain the garden – so it can be enjoyed for years to come.
