The HMO licensing team are here to support landlords every step of the way and want to work with all landlords. Landlords that need help with their applications will be able to access in person support sessions provided by the HMO licensing team.

The sessions are held at the Civic Offices. Just report to reception on arrival.

If you’d like to attend, please book a session. You’ll need to make sure you bring all supporting documents so we can help you to complete your application.

If you can't attend a session

There are limited places available on each session. If you are not able to book onto your chosen session and need support with your application there will still be support via telephone and email.
