If you’re a council tenant or leaseholder, you can have your say on how the housing service is run. You’re also able to get help in finding work, training and qualifications. Take a look through our brochure or follow us on Facebook to see the latest.
Pop along to a resident meeting
Attend a resident meeting and have a real chance to influence decisions that affect your home, your housing service and your community. Our meetings are all about working with and listening to you.
We meet in Room 3 at The Hub in Somerstown on the first Thursday of the month from 6-8pm. Fancy popping along to our next meetings?
- February 2 – changes to bin store services and rollout of communal food waste collections
- March 2 – topic to be confirmed
Still not sure? Email becky.collins@portsmouthcc.gov.uk or call 07770 868 958 if you’ve got any questions.

Take a quick survey
Don’t have time to attend a meeting? No problem! You can still share your voice and make an impact by taking a quick survey. All feedback is important and listened to.
Join a focus group or resident group
Want to talk to us about things like repairs, rents or service charges, House Talk or issues that affect where you live? Get involved in our focus groups (and nab a free coffee!) or join a resident group.
We pay for room hire and refreshments for current and new resident groups as long as enough people are attending.
Email housing.engagement@portsmouthcc.gov.uk or call 023 9283 4835 if you’d like to take part or find out more.
