Young Minds runs a helpline to offer advice to anyone worried about a child or young person under 25. Call 0808 802 5544 for free, weekdays 9.30am – 4pm.

If you’re worried that a young person is having suicidal thoughts, HOPELineUK can advise on the best way to support them.
