You will need to pay the full charge upfront for all treatments which includes a £10 non-refundable callout charge should we not treat.
Please note, if you agree a pest control appointment and then miss it, you will be charged a £10 callout charge, payable to the operative on your next visit. If you then miss the second visit, your treatment will be cancelled and any refund will be subject to a second £10 callout charge.
We use an insecticidal water-based wet-spray.
You should spring clean and vacuum the affected area before our visit. After the treatment is complete don’t vacuum for ten days to allow the treatment to work.
You may have carpet beetles if you find damage to carpets and fabric, probably under furniture that’s not often moved.
Moths in the property aren’t an indication of carpet beetle infestation. If you see moths, please view our page on moths for more information.
They can come into your home through an open window and lay eggs.
As soon as you think you have carpet beetles you should clean and vacuum your house, including under all furniture. We recommend that you also get professional help.
