Bunting Gardens (Waterlooville)

We are proposing to build three new four-bedroom council houses in Bunting Gardens, Wecock Farm.

Ten new communal, unallocated parking spaces will be provided, these will include new electric vehicle charging spaces. The new homes will be built to Passivhaus standards to provide very energy efficient homes with very low heating bills.

The site will be enhanced with new native tree and shrub planting to enhance biodiversity.

Thank you to all the local people who gave us their feedback and opinions on the plans to build new family homes and improve landscaping in Bunting Gardens. We know that development work will affect local people, so we wanted to ask as many of you as possible for your thoughts because we want to include your views, feedback and opinions in the design and building process where possible.
