The Council is running a “Call for Sites” for the Future Portsmouth Plan (FPP). This is for landowners and developers, and anyone else to submit sites with the potential for development to the Council for consideration for allocation in the FPP. Anyone wishing to submit a site to the Call for Sites can do so by completing the Call for Sites Form.
Completed forms should be emailed to the policy team at policyconsultations@portsmouthcc.gov.uk or sent by post to us at Planning Policy, Portsmouth City Council, Civic Offices, Guildhall Square, Portsmouth, PO1 2AU.
The Call for Sites is running from 29 September to 2 November 2026. The deadline for responses to be received is 11:59pm on 2 November 2026.
