Prior notification of proposed development by telecommunications code system operators – checklist

In order for the Council to assess the proposal you are required to submit:-

1. A written description of the proposed development.
2. A location plan to a metric scale of 1:1250 indicating the proposed location.
3. A plan to a metric scale of 1:50 or 1:100 (or a dimensioned photomontage) showing details of the proposed equipment.
4. The appropriate fee.
5. Evidence that notice has been given to any person (other than the developer) who is an owner or tenant of the land to which the development relates.
