1	Body	Unique code to identify our organisation.
2	Body Name	Name of the organisation making the payment
3	Name	Individuals Name. Note that for all individuals below Strategic Director level their name has been redacted and replaced with 'Classified as personal data (under the Data Protection Act 1998)' for data protection purposes.
4	Job Title	Identifies the post held by the individual
5	Service Area	This identifies the service area in which the post is located. The service area codes correspond to the CIPFA Service Reporting Accounting Code of Practice (SeRCOP) objective service codes. These codes are mandatory in expenditure returns to central government. These codes describe the various individual services provided by a Council to the community and enables senior management salaries to be grouped according to such individual services.
7	Full Time Equivalent (FTE)	Full time equivalent of the minimum contracted hours for the post. This identifies the hours worked by the individual.
8	FTE Pay Floor	Bottom of the £5,000 band the individual's full time equivalent substantive salary falls within.
9	FTE Pay Ceiling	Top of the £5,000 band the individual's full time equivalent substantive salary falls within.
