New national restrictions are in place. Make sure you know what to do to Protect Portsmouth.
Portsmouth City Council is now operating a local Covid-19 contact tracing service. This allows us to contact residents who have tested positive for coronavirus when the national contact tracing team has been unable to reach them.
If necessary, we’ll use our own locally-stored contacts and other council-managed information to help increase the number of people successfully traced. This will help keep our infection rate low and protect us all.
We sincerely hope we never need to contact you, but if we do, it will be on the following number: 023 9268 7000.
If you see this number calling you, you’ll know you need to respond.
The local contact tracing service operates Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm and, when needed, on Saturdays and Sundays between 10am and 3pm.
Please continue to follow the guidance. In particular –
Hands, Face, Space, and getting tested if you have symptoms.
