England is now subject to National lockdown: Stay at Home restrictions. You must stay at home.
The application window for support for the national lockdown period of 5 November to 1 December 2020 closed on Friday 8 January 2021 at 9am.
Further funding application windows will be opening soon to enable you to apply for further support for the local and national restriction periods that have been in place since 5 November 2020.

This grant is available for businesses that are not business ratepayers and have been either required to close by law or have been severely impacted. For example:

Only one application will be accepted per business for each restriction period.
Businesses that are eligible to receive a grant from Local Restriction Support Grant (Closed) scheme or from Local Restriction Support Grant (Open) scheme will not normally be eligible.
The scheme is designed to help support businesses with their unavoidable fixed costs. This scheme is not designed to be a substitute for wages as support for wage costs can be gained through the Coronavirus Job Retention Scheme (CJRS) and the Self-Employment Income Support Scheme (SEISS).
What you will get
If your business is eligible the value of the grant you will receive will recompense towards the monthly cost of evidenced eligible fixed costs up to a maximum grant of £3,000.
Grants will be awarded according to a scale which relates to the extent of the businesses reduction in income for this period.
