Advice will be on hand around money worries and health – so you can ask questions and get back to enjoying the things you love.

Get free, impartial and confidential advice on money matters such as budget planning, debt, welfare benefits and work. Bounce back to health with support and advice around general health and wellbeing. A COVID-19 vaccine clinic will be there, too, so you can ask any questions you may have about the vaccine or grab a jab.

No question is too big or too small. And if you can’t make it, you can still contact the team for support. See list of services below for more information.

  • deal with problem debt

Health and wellbeing

NHS teams will help you bounce back to health with support and advice around general health and mental wellbeing.

The 12 GP surgeries across Portsmouth are committed to working to improve healthcare across the city. If you are not yet registered with a GP, you can find and register with a practice locally.

COVID-19 Support Service

The COVID-19 Support Service can advise residents on coronavirus-related queries, including those who have either tested positive for COVID-19 or have symptoms of COVID-19. The service is available Monday to Thursday 9am – 4.30pm, and Friday 9am – 4pm.

For individuals whose first language isn’t English, translation support is available – please contact the service on the details above and this can be arranged.
