Set up and use the landlords online portal
The Portsmouth City Council will help you set up your account.
Step-by-step instructions
- Once you have been registered for access to the Landlord Portal
- You will get two emails from the council.
- The first email will have a link to the Landlord Portal and your username.
- The second email will have a temporary password.
