Find support to stay independent and improve wellbeing through adult social care services.

In Portsmouth we work with local communities and partners to help residents to stay independent and live well at home for as long as possible.

This includes:

  • Independence and Wellbeing team: Offers activities that support support healthy eating and exercise and provide the opportunity to make friends. Learn more about the Independence and Wellbeing team
