You will line manage a Business Support and Administration team within a specific Head of Service area of Children and Families Services (initially this post is to support Central Locality and SQT Business Support, however, Team Leaders open to moving across the service to support changes to service delivery demands). You will ensure the team runs smoothly and efficiently, meeting the needs of the relevant service area and responding flexibly/supporting the priorities identified for the service area by the Head of Service. You will both assist the Business Support Manager on specific projects/activities and support Team Leaders in other Children and Families Services Areas when required. You will ensure that staff within your area deliver a consistently high level of internal and external customer service.
