Whether it is a maintenance issue, or a pest control concern, it needs to dealt with quickly and efficiently to avoid the problem having an impact on your work life.

Every Portsmouth City Council owned building has various health and safety reports to make sure the building is safe, such as:

  • access audits
  • asbestos, glazing and condition surveys
  • fire risk assessments
  • legionella testing
  • five-yearly electrical testing

Ocean Integrated Services 

Include the following information: your name and department, your telephone number, location of the issue (floor and core), what the issue is. The contract supervisor is onsite Monday to Friday until 9.30 am and can deal with most problems the next working day.
