The Salterns Academy Trust is a learning community where every member of staff understands the difference they can make to our students’ outcomes.
The Inclusion Centre, based at Trafalgar School has been open since September 2016. The ideal candidate will assist in leading and managing a resource provision for students who have language and communication difficulties, specifically autism. The aim of the centre is to provide a highly personalised provision which will value the students’ individual qualities whilst seeing their needs are met with a mainstream curriculum while supporting and sustaining effective SEN teaching, evaluation the quality of teaching and standards of students’ achievement and setting targets for improvement.
