Salary - Band 4 – Range (£16,348 - £17,392) (Actual salary range)- starting salary dependent on experience
Hours - 37 hours per week, 8am-4pm Monday –Thursday, 8am – 3.30pm Friday, term time only

Priory is seeking a self-motivated, adaptable and imaginative individual to fill the role of Attendance Officer. The position involves working closely with the pastoral team to effectively manage the attendance and punctuality of the pupils, the inputting of attendance information into SIMS and liaising with pupils regarding timekeeping and daily contact with parents to follow up absence.
Applicants should be confident, articulate and with a strong personality to enable them to deal with pupils in a variety of situations. Being able to build and maintain mutually respectful relationships with staff, parents and pupils alike is essential. The successful candidate will be relentless and uncompromising in securing excellent outcomes for all pupils.
Excellent communication and organisational skills, together with excellent IT skills are the main prerequisites for this position.
