We are seeking to appoint an inspiring and enthusiastic Mentor, able to deliver emotional literacy skills, preferably with experience of supporting pupils with social and emotional difficulties.
The successful candidate will be an outstanding practitioner, able to plan personalised social and emotional learning for students on a 1:1 and/or a small group setting with a focus on progress and cultivating growth and independence in pupils enabling them to transition to larger groups. You will be joining a highly committed and supportive team where the needs of the students are at the very heart of all we do.
The appointment will be on a casual basis giving you complete flexibility around the number of hours you teach a week, when you teach (so you are able to fit your teaching time around other commitments) and the opportunity to expand or reduce hours according to your home circumstances.
The Harbour Medical School is situated in Sundridge Close, Cosham, with close proximity to travel links. It is a special school for children with medical needs with some of the students being taught at home on Individual tuition.
