This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to take forward our highly respected provision.

We are looking for a dynamic and passionate Nursery Manager to be responsible for the overall running of our 147 place nursery for children aged 6 months to 5 years of age.

The successful candidate will be an experienced Nursery Manager with previous leadership experience.  You will have a warm and positive approach and a sound knowledge of all aspects of child development, safeguarding and support for children with SEND.  You will maintain our excellent relationships with the children and their parents.

With evidence of successful implementation of the OfSTED framework, you will ideally be a graduate leader with a relevant level 6 qualification.  It is vital that you are able to demonstrate strong leadership which; delivers high quality practice, inspires staff and which communicates our established vision and values across the community.

With a background in business and management, you will be able to take responsibility for the nursery’s budget and work alongside the Resource and Finance Manager with regards to all areas of nursery finance, business planning and recruitment of staff.
