This is an ambitious programme that needs an equally ambitious communications professional to help shape the narratives for a wide range of audiences, to develop communications channels that reach across the organisations and to put together creative campaigns that bring our stakeholders on the journey with us. 

Your new role

Working as part of the marketing and communications team, the communications officer will be responsible for delivering a range of communication plans, making sure all those with a stake in health and social care are well-informed, engaged and consulted.

The communications officer will contribute to the development of internal and external communications strategies, put together tactical implementation plans to ensure strategic objectives are achieved, and then deliver creative and targeted internal and external communications campaigns. Working across the five partner organisations you will develop communication tools to meet specific objectives, continuously evaluating to ensure effectiveness.

What you need to succeed

We are looking for an excellent all-round communicator with experience of internal communications and stakeholder engagement who is confident presenting to a wide range of audiences and has experience of face-to-face engagement work.

Ideally, you will have experience of internal communications in the context of supporting organisational change and an understanding of how internal communications contributes to supporting successful transformation.
