We are based in the Civic Offices in the city centre, within the Inclusion Service, which is part of the Education Department. There are ten supportive, enthusiastic, skilled and experienced Educational Psychologists in our highly regarded Service.
Portsmouth Educational Psychology Service is committed to:
- enhancing children’s development and potential through individual casework, work at an organisational level and by contributing at a strategic level within Education, Health and Social Care across the city.

- Preventative approaches
- Continuing professional development through induction and regular peer supervision and Service CPD meetings, aided by close links with Southampton University EP training Course.
You must be a qualified Educational Psychologist or be in your second or third year of EP training and be registered with the Health and Care Professions Council.
