 We have a vacancy within our small, friendly team delivering services at the Council’s Streetscene section based at the Town hall.  You will be the first point of contact for our customers on the telephone.   Able to converse at ease with customers and provide advice in accurately spoken English. You should have experience of dealing with the public and have the ability to use a PC to input and retrieve information so that you can deal with basic enquiries. Training will be provided in the use of our switchboard and customer service IT systems.  (please see ‘what is the role’ section for more detail)

 This is a part-time post working 18.5 hours per week; times of work are Monday to  Friday afternoons between the hours of 1 pm to 5 pm.
