Your New Role

Our Through Care Team 2 works with Looked After Young People, unaccompanied Asylum Seeking Children and Care Leavers to support them through to independence or reunification to their families.  This is an exciting and privileged opportunity to support children and young people in their plans for permanence and to prepare them for adulthood.
