Authentic French market, France at Home, pays its first visit to Palmerston Road on Friday 30 August, from 9am - 5pm.
Traders from Normandy will be selling a wide range of authentic produce from France, including a large variety of French cheeses, cooked meats, breads, pastries and, of course, crepes.
There will also be art and crafts stalls selling retro art prints, classic French advertising and hand-crafted gifts, as well as fashion items and accessories.
France at Home is well established, having initiated the very first French Market in the UK back in 1994. It is still the only authentic French team and the only one to be a member of Franco-British chamber of commerce & industry.
Its traders mostly come from different 'departments' in Normandy and cross the Channel every week to offer a wide range of top quality products.
These are generally local and regional cheeses, bread freshly baked every day, patisserie products, olives and dried fruits, handbags, jewellery, provencal soaps, and much more. All stall-holders selling meat and dairy produce have all received the UK Level 2 Award in Food Safety.
