If your bus pass expires on 31 March 2019, check if your details are up to date.
If your address, circumstances or appearance have changed since you last received your bus pass, contact us before 28 February 2019. You can do so by emailing email@example.com or calling 023 9268 8599
We automatically issue concessionary bus passes (the pass with a blue strip) before they expire, so it is important we have the right information.
If you have a bus pass with an orange strip you might have to provide further evidence of your disability entitlement before we can issue you with a new bus pass.
