'How did we do today?' is our customer service feedback scheme. If you've been in to see us, spoken to us on the phone or used our online service, we'd love to know what you think of the customer service you received. Your feedback will help is to understand what we did well and what we could do better, and we will use it to improve our customer service. 

As a result of feedback from our customers, we have already made changes to the messages you hear while you are waiting to speak to a customer advisor and we're working to speed up our email responses as your feedback let us know we are not getting back to you as quickly as you'd like us to.

You can tell us how you found our customer service today by completing the quick online survey using the link below. The survey just asks you to rate the service out of ten and, if there was room for improvement, asks you what we could have done better. If you call into the customer service area in the Civic Offices or drop into a library, you'll find 'How did we do today?' feedback cards, and if you call us on the phone you may be asked to take part in a short survey at the end of the call.
