You will have a flexible, “can do” attitude and it will be obvious you take pride in your work. The successful candidate will need to be a team player but also able to use their own initiative. You will have previous experience of PE coaching across a primary school.
With a good knowledge and understanding of how to support learning for children and building effective relationships with children, staff and parents, you will assist in providing a wide range of activities and learning activities. With good interpersonal and communication skills, you will be organised, flexible and have the presence to inspire confidence and trust so as to develop and nurture independence. Previous experience is essential on working with pupils with social, emotional and behaviour difficulties.
